Individual equipment

- sleeping bag
- sleeping pad
- Mountaineering boots and hiking boots, trainers (Do not bring new shoes! They can cause corns/sores!)
- flip flops/sneakers/hiking sandals - for walking around the camp
- raincoat or waterproof jacket
- clothes (including a hat in order to prevent sunstroke and a beanie for cold nights); we recommend pjs; enough socks, both thin and thick

  - T-shirts and respirable blouses
  - Thin polar(100/200)
  - Polar/windstopper (long sleeve) + rain jacket

- tableware (spoon, fork, mug, 1-2 plates for food - made of plastic or aluminum, they should be lightweight and resistant to possible mechanical socks)
- personal items (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, etc); for those more sensitive, we recommend sunscreen
- thread and needle
- clasp knife
- swimsuit -
- spray against mosquitos
- notebook/pen
- a bottle-1,5-2 l/thermos (only metallic!) for water
- a backpack (40-60 l) that should contain everything
- a backpack (20-30 l) that should contain: the raincoat, the flashlight, other clothes,1.5l bottle for water, food for a day (necessarily for the hike and ambulations)
